World reacts as mother of seven dies of at 42 after battling cancer.

Johannah Deakin – the mother of One Direction’s Louis Tomlinson and six other children – has died following a battle with leukaemia at the age of 42.

Leukaemia is a cancer that affects the blood and bone marrow where blood cells are formed.

Her musician son, Louis, is expected to perform a stirring tribute to his late mother at the X Factor finale on Saturday, December 10.

Before then, many around the world have expressed their sorrow
