Doyin Okupe spotted in a Keke Napep in Lagos traffic

Dr. Doyin Okupe, a former senior aide to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, said he had to take the
next available Keke on sight, after spending almost 2 hours in traffic in Ikeja, Lagos. 

It is only Lagos traffic that can Make one abandon his G-wagon and driver to enter an okada.
