Between Phyno and Pia Mia on the controversy on whom owns the song 'I'm A Fan'

Phyno and Pia Mia are caught in the middle of a disputed song which first appeared on Phyno’s album

The plot continues to thicken in the matter of who owns the song, ‘I’m A Fan’, with Nigerian rap star, Phyno weighing in again.

 The rapper earlier this evening posted receipts of his chat with the songwriter, T Cole, who on Friday had tweeted that only Pia Mia has the authorised version of the song.

I wrote the original demo of I’m A Fan” and pitched it to various artists.

Phyno released his version of the disputed song in November 2016 while Pia Mia dropped hers in May 2017.
